Thomas Engineers  can help you when you need an expert dilapidation report.  Dilapidation reports are a documented report containing supporting photographs of the current condition of buildings and structures prior to any work commencing on an adjoining property, such as demolition and underground work, new buildings or any alterations to retaining walls.  This report will document any existing defects such as cracks and once work has been completed on the adjoining property a further inspection is done and any change or damage to the building is documented and photographed and can assist in any remedial work or claims to be made.
